How much cashback will I receive?

There are three cashback rates, and which one you qualify for depends on how much money you lost during the previous week. Here’s how it works:

if you lose €20 or more, you will receive 5% compensation;
for a total loss of €100 or more, we are ready to give you 7% compensation;
high rollers who lose €400 or more per week can count on 10% cashback.

In other currencies, the minimum losses may not correspond to the current exchange rate, so we recommend reading the rules on the website or in the Mostbet mobile app.

How is cashback calculated?

The calculation period for cashback is a calendar week – from one midnight on Sunday to Monday to the next such midnight (UTC+3). To get the cashback, you must have lost at least 20 euros during this period.

At 3 am on Monday morning (UTC+3) your cashback amount will be determined, but it is not credited to the player automatically: you must request it on the My Status page. You have 72 hours to do this: if you don’t claim it in time, it will burn up.

Cashback is awarded for real money bets only – you will not receive compensation for losses financed by bonus funds, freespins, promo codes and so on.

Cashback is not awarded if the amount of your losses in the past week has not reached €20 (or the minimum values in other currencies stipulated by the rules of this promo). Cashback is also not granted to users who, at the end of the reporting week, were in the plus side (won more than they bet).

Every week you will be able to collect up to 2000 euros in the form of cashback.

How to use cashback?

Cashback is credited to your bonus account rather than your main account, which means that you cannot withdraw it without wagering it. You cannot wager cashback using cashback itself: you must wager real money to meet the requirements. You can check the wager required to wager the compensation in the My Bonuses section.

In fact, you don't have to wager the cashback: you can simply bet it. This option is only available in some games, and you can find a list of them in the cashback description in the My Bonuses section.

Other aspects

The client has the right to refuse the accrued cashback – for this purpose there is an option to close the bonus in myAlpari.

You will not be able to withdraw unplayed cashback directly from the bonus balance. Be careful: if you try to withdraw funds from the main account at the moment when you have a non-zero balance of the bonus account, the balance of bonuses will be irrevocably burned. The loss of the bonus will occur at the moment the request is created, and this cannot be rolled back, even if the transaction is eventually cancelled and the funds are returned to the main account.

Unscrupulous behaviour of a player suspected of tricks to abuse our bonuses justifies the right of the institution to restrict the user at its own discretion. Among the options for punishment are cancellation of the issued bonus, prohibition to participate in the Mostbet bonus programme or noticeable deterioration of its conditions for a particular visitor, and even complete blocking of the client’s account. If a player’s account is blocked indefinitely, there is no compensation for his balance.
